Weed Resistance Management in Cotton

This online CEU course gives you an overview of key practices that can help avoid or delay selecting for herbicide-resistant weeds while managing weeds in cotton. It begins with a review of weed types and herbicide modes of action, followed by what resistance is and factors that can influence the selection for resistance in weeds, and concludes with methods for potentially delaying its occurrence or dealing with it if it has become a problem in both conventional and glyphosate-tolerant cotton (Roundup Ready® and Roundup Ready Flex®).

It is accredited for Certified Crop Adviser (CCA) units and hours/credit in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Tennessee, South Carolina, Virginia, Florida, Georgia, Maine and Delaware.

You must be logged in to access this course.

This is a fee-based online CEU. You may review the course; print out a pdf copy to review off-line and take the quiz online. However, if you pass it, you will asked to pay $50 for successfully passing the course. Once you have paid the fee, your hours/units will be reported to the proper accrediting agencies. Also, once you have paid, a certification of completion will be made available to you online to print out for your records. Good luck and thank you for your support.
